Invest in Macedonia and the Embassy of the Republic of Macedonia in Oslo, Norway are pleased to announce the upcoming cultural and economic event “Macedonia – cradle of culture and wine” that will be held at the premises of the Embassy, on Tuesday, 28 April.

During the cultural part of the event a projection of the documentary  “A Name is a Name”, by  Sigurjon Einarsson, who lives in Oslo, will be shown. This is a classic ‘road film', made over a period of seven months in the Republic of Macedonia. Also, Macedonia Timeless promotional videos will be presented.

The projection of the documentary and videos will be accompanied by promotion and wine tasting by members of the association Wines of Macedonia. The taste experience of Macedonian wines will be enriched by the widely recognized taste of the  Macedonian cheese  and Macedonian ajvar.

Since the wine market and market for the other food products in Norway is very restricted, the organized event will enable Macedonian high quality products to become closer to Norwegian customers.

Representatives of the companies from wine and food industry, as well as representatives from institutions and the diplomatic core from Norway will attend the event.
